Single Placement: We enforce a strict policy of one business per trade or service per geographic directory edition.
Exclusivity Guarantee: Once payment is received, your category is locked, and no competitors in your specific trade will be permitted in that specific edition.

Proof Delivery: We will prepare and send a digital proof of your fridge magnet advertisement to your nominated email address.
Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for checking the layout, text, spelling, branding, and contact details for accuracy.
Final Sign-off: Production will not commence until you provide formal, written confirmation (via email) that the proof is approved.

Standard Timeline: Our production and distribution workflow typically takes 4 to 4.5 weeks from the date of final artwork approval to final dispatch.
Delays: The timeline is dependent on the timely sign-off of design proofs by advertisers. Ezyfind Australia is not liable for distribution delays resulting from delayed client approvals or postal service bottlenecks.
Delivery Method: Materials are printed in Melbourne and distributed directly into local resident letterboxes via targeted postal or distribution services.
Exposure Duration: Your physical advertisement is designed and distributed as a 5-year directory resource for local households.

One-Time Fee: Secure placement requires a one-time payment of $1,495 (including GST).
No Ongoing Costs: There are no monthly fees, hidden costs, or recurring charges.
Payment Requirement: Full payment is required immediately following your proof approval to secure your exclusive position and trigger the print run.
Accepted Methods: We accept payment via Visa, and MasterCard.

Pre-Production Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before giving final artwork approval.
Post-Approval / In-Production: Because spaces are strictly exclusive and materials are custom-printed, no refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations can be issued once you have formally approved the digital proof and printing has commenced.
Error Rectification: If a structural distribution error occurs or your print details differ severely from your approved proof due to our error, contact us within 14 days of distribution to discuss remediation or partial compensation.

Ezyfind Australia provides advertising space and distribution but does not guarantee specific sales volumes, phone call volumes, or business leads generated from the directory.
We are not liable for incidental damage or loss of business income resulting from typographical errors that were present on the digital proof approved by the client.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
