Production & Distribution Timelines.

The production and distribution workflow is designed to ensure a streamlined process, typically spanning 4 to 4.5 weeks from initial allocation to dispatch. 

The timeline is largely dependent on the timely sign-off of design proofs by advertisers, which remains the primary factor in ensuring the final materials reach letterboxes within the targeted four-week window.

The process begins with the allocation of advertising spaces and the completion of the design phase.

Once the visual layout is finalized, it is sent to advertisers for formal sign-off and any necessary revisions, ensuring accuracy before moving to the production stage.

Following approval, the materials are sent to the printer in Melbourne for production. 

Once printed, the magnets are organized into envelopes, transported to the postal service for dispatch, and ultimately distributed directly into letterboxes to complete the campaign.
