Total Estimated Workflow: Approximately 4 to 4.5 weeks from the initial allocation to when it is sent out by post, plus the final delivery duration.
We aim to have them in letterboxes within 4 weeks; the only real delay happens during the sign-off if we can reach a tradesperson to sign off on the proof.
1. Allocation: Allocate advertising spaces.
2. Design Phase: Finalize the visual layout of the magnet.
3. Send design to advertisers for sign-off and finalize any corrections.
4. Printing: Send files to the printer in Melbourne for production.
5. Packing: Organize magnets into envelopes.
6. Logistics: Transport packed product to the postal service for dispatch.
7. Distribution: Final delivery into letterboxes.
